In the beginning….Ra invited me to create a column for his bi-weekly English Updates and suggested that it be called “Off the Roof!”. I loved the idea and responded with a resounding Unh huh! I started by creating the first Human Design inspired cartoons “Toons” I call them and titled the column “RAVING MAD” Off the Roof.
The roof in Human Design is a place that some of us experience between our Saturn return and Kiron return. I was just approaching my Kiron return at the time, which means I was coming “Off the Roof. The Toons are a part of that grand adventure, beginning April 26, 2001. Created for inspiration, humor and a bit of education. After publication in the bi-weekly updates, I used them in the form of transparencies as teaching tools, just to add a little spice and humor to the classroom. I continued the “Toons” until one day under pressure to meet the bi-weekly deadlines, as the Toons were extremely time consuming I began the path of creating, each and every cross. It is my wish that you will enjoy these artistic creations as much as I did creating them.
